Kellen Kane is a Management and Program Analyst at the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and a former research fellow at the Better Government Lab. Kane has expertise in social policy, health policy, state politics, program evaluation, and LGBTQIA+ politics. At OPM, Kane conducts research on a variety of topics related to public personnel management, including the effects of employee benefits, workplace flexibilities, and training on key outcomes for the Federal workforce.
