Luke Farrell is a technology and policy executive who has built and led mission-driven technology teams across the government, nonprofit, and private sectors. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor in the Mamdani Administration, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer and New York City Office of Technology & Innovation.
Previously, Luke was a Senior Advisor for Technology and Delivery on the White House Domestic Policy Council and as a Product Lead for the U.S. Digital Service. In government, he led crisis-response teams that mitigated nationwide supply chain shocks, including the infant formula crisis, and ensured that over six million Americans remained enrolled in Medicaid and SNAP following the COVID Public Health Emergency. Luke also served as the Executive Director of Innovation at the College Board, focused on improving outcomes for low-income students, and as a fellow with the Federation of American Scientists.
