Sherry Hsiao is a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program at Georgetown
University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She is the recipient of the Leslie A. Whittington
Scholarship and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Public Policy Review. Before
joining the Better Government Lab, she was an Artificial Intelligence Intern with the Council on
Foreign Relations’ LEAD AI program. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Boston College
and has professional experience in consulting, diplomacy, and journalism.
